With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, she has provided legal and strategic support for private capital investments across East and West Africa. Her expertise spans deal structuring, negotiation, and management for equity, debt, and convertible instruments, as well as post-investment support, regional risk and compliance oversight, and governance advisory.

Minayo brings deep regional insight from working in markets such as Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Côte d’Ivoire. She holds an MSc in Education for Sustainability from London South Bank University and an LLB from the University of Nairobi.
