Afua is a seasoned finance professional with over 19 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, project finance, and corporate finance. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Delwik Group, where she leads advisory and project development efforts across Africa. Afua also serves as CFO of a fintech operating in Luxembourg and Francophone West Africa.
Her career spans leading global institutions including BlackRock, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Africa, African Capital Alliance (ACA), BlackRhino, and the Simon Murray China Fund. She has deep expertise in structuring and executing investments across sectors such as technology, financial services, consumer goods, agriculture, renewable energy, power infrastructure, and project development.
