Tara Sabre Collier is an impact investor and climate finance expert with over 20 years of experience across impact investing, international development, and management consulting. She is currently the Director of Impact Investing at Chemonics Europe, where she supports governments and DFIs in designing and deploying capital to advance climate resilience and inclusive economic growth.
Tara has advised and invested in numerous funds and ventures focused on social and environmental impact, particularly those led by underrepresented founders. Her career includes roles with the World Bank, IFC, Shell Foundation, GroFin Capital, and Ernst & Young. She also serves on investment committees and provides strategic guidance to a range of climate-focused and gender-smart capital vehicles.
